Accessibility Statement

At Peach Pals, we believe everyone deserves a clean, comfortable experience — on and off our website. We are committed to making peachpals.com accessible to all users, including those who rely on assistive technologies.

We are actively working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the current international standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the benchmark recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III for private businesses.

This is an ongoing effort. Our site is not yet fully conformant, and we are in the process of identifying and resolving barriers. This page reflects where we are today and what we are working toward.

What we've done so far

The following accessibility foundations are currently in place on peachpals.com:

• Skip to content link — A "Skip to content" link appears at the top of every page, allowing keyboard users to bypass navigation and jump directly to main content.
• Logical heading structure — Pages use a consistent H1 → H2 → H3 heading hierarchy to support screen reader navigation.
• Consistent navigation — Menus and footer links are structured consistently across all pages.
• HTTPS — All pages are served over a secure connection.
• Responsive design — The site is built to adapt across desktop and mobile screen sizes.

What we're actively working on

We have identified the following gaps and are in the process of addressing them:

• Image alt text — Several images, including product photos and decorative visuals, are currently missing descriptive alternative text. We are adding meaningful alt text across all images.
• Video captions — Our product videos do not currently include captions or transcripts. We are working to add these to meet WCAG 1.2.2.
• Animated / moving content — Some marquee and scrolling elements do not currently have a pause mechanism. We are working to add pause controls to meet WCAG 2.2.2.
• Form labels — We are auditing our email subscription forms to ensure all input fields have proper visible labels, not just placeholder text.
• Touch target sizes — We are reviewing interactive elements on mobile to ensure they meet the WCAG 2.2 minimum target size of 24×24 pixels.
• Color contrast — We are conducting a full contrast audit to ensure all text meets the 4.5:1 minimum ratio against its background.

Third-party content

Some features on our site — including payment processing and embedded tools — are provided by third-party platforms. While we prioritize accessible partners, we cannot always control their conformance. If you encounter an issue with third-party content on our site, please let us know and we will do our best to help or find an alternative.
